Inning One Intel is a statistical research and data visualization platform. We are NOT a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, handle bets, or facilitate financial transactions related to gambling.
2. Model Accuracy & Reliability
All model scores, confidence levels, and "Alpha Edge" indicators are the result of mathematical simulations. Past performance, including historical backtests, is not a guarantee of future outcomes. Users acknowledge that sports events are inherently unpredictable.
3. Intellectual Property
The weighted model architecture, scoring coefficients, and interface design are the proprietary intellectual property of Inning One Intel. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of terminal data is strictly prohibited.
4. No Bet Facilitation
Inning One Intel does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind. We do not operate a sportsbook, exchange, or any platform that takes bets. Any betting activity occurs solely between you and a licensed sportsbook of your choosing. We are an analytical product; we are not a counterparty to your wagers.
5. Age and Jurisdiction
Use of Inning One Intel requires that you be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction — 18 or 21 or older depending on state — and that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you. We do not verify jurisdiction-specific legality on your behalf.
6. No Insider Information
All analysis surfaced by Inning One Intel is derived from publicly available data. We do not have access to non-public information about games, players, lineups, officiating decisions, or any other source not available to the general public. We make no claim of advantage derived from any non-public source.
7. Subscription Terms
Sharp subscriptions auto-renew at $29 per month or $290 per year, depending on the billing interval you select, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and retains access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. No free trial is offered unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.
8. User Responsibility
Any decision to place a wager based on content from Inning One Intel is solely your own. You accept full responsibility for your betting activity and any outcomes that result. Past performance of any model, signal, or analysis does not guarantee future results. Sports betting carries inherent risk of financial loss; never wager more than you can afford to lose.
